Dušan is a highly experienced heating engineer and technical specialist with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry. As the driving force behind the heating division of DLK Technologies Ltd, he leads a skilled team of engineers delivering high-quality installations, servicing, and maintenance—particularly within biomass and renewable energy systems.
Over the years, Dušan has built a strong reputation across Scotland for reliability, precision, and exceptional customer service. His work has also extended internationally, with projects completed in countries including Germany, Austria, Czechia, and Slovakia—bringing a broad perspective and advanced technical understanding into every project.
Within the property side of the business, Dušan plays a crucial role as a problem-solver and technical decision-maker. He has a unique ability to quickly assess real-world property challenges, identify practical solutions, and implement them effectively. Whether it’s diagnosing structural or system-related issues, planning renovations, or optimising installations, his thinking is both strategic and hands-on.

Over the years, Martina has developed deep expertise in supporting trade and property-based businesses, combining accounting insight with practical business understanding.
